Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC (GGBL) has declared a final dividend of GH¢0.022 per share for its shareholders for the financial year ending June 30, 2024. This announcement is subject to approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
According to the company, shareholders who are listed in the books of GGBL by the close of business on Monday, October 28, 2024, will qualify for the dividend. The ex-dividend date, which determines investor eligibility, has been set for Thursday, October 24, 2024. Investors purchasing GGBL shares before this date will be entitled to the dividend, while those who buy shares on or after this date will not qualify.
Should the final dividend be approved during the AGM, payment will be made on Monday, December 30, 2024.
