Dr. Sonnie Badu Warns: “AI Could Take Over Churches if Christians Remain Silent”
Renowned gospel musician and preacher, Dr. Sonnie Badu, has issued a strong warning about the growing influence of artificial intelligence (AI), cautioning that it could spark a spiritual crisis if left unchecked.
In a recent message shared on his Facebook page, Dr. Badu expressed concern that the rapid advancement of AI might lead people to question the existence and relevance of God. “Artificial intelligence will compete with God, and very soon they will say God is no longer needed,” he wrote.
Dr. Badu stressed the urgent need for a balance between technological progress and spiritual awareness. He called on Christians to take a firm spiritual stance, warning that failing to act could result in AI encroaching upon sacred spaces, including the church.
“Christians must rise and take spiritual positions that will limit the intelligence of man,” he urged, highlighting the importance of preserving faith in an age dominated by technology.
