Parliament to Reconvene on May 27

Parliament is set to resume its sittings on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, after a recess, as lawmakers return to continue with legislative duties.

Speaker Alban Bagbin has formally announced that the Second Meeting of the First Session of the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic will commence on the stated date.

The announcement, made in accordance with Order 58 of the Standing Orders of Parliament, serves as the official notice to Members of Parliament regarding the resumption of proceedings.

The upcoming session marks the continuation of parliamentary work, including legislative deliberations, committee engagements, and discussions on key national issues.
