The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced that it has intercepted an alleged confidential document from the National Democratic Congress (NDC), which it claims reveals a plan to make the country ungovernable. According to the NPP’s Communications Director, Dr. Richard Ahiagbah, this document purportedly outlines the NDC’s strategy to disrupt governance and has influenced the party’s recent opposition to key socio-political matters.
Dr. Ahiagbah used the occasion to reassure the public of the NPP’s commitment to stability and growth, urging Ghanaians to place their trust in the NPP by voting decisively for the party on December 7. “This document explains the unreasonable stances the NDC has taken on major national issues, but we are committed to keeping Ghana on a path of development and progress,” he remarked.
The NDC, however, has dismissed the claims, labeling them as mere propaganda and a tactic intended to distract voters in the lead-up to the December elections. According to NDC representatives, these allegations are part of a strategy to shift attention from the pressing issues facing Ghanaians, adding that the focus should remain on creating a fair and transparent election process.
